Why Dads Anonymous

I dropped my newborn yesterday.
Well... I didn't 'drop him' per se, but he fell off the couch while he was under my supervision. Only about a foot and a half til he thudded gently into a pile of blankets and started to cry. Wife was sleeping, so she still doesn't know (and hopefully never will).
This is exactly why I've started this blog - not to share guilt, because I don't feel guilty - but to share the humors of fatherhood, as well as some ideas for survival. There will be several dads contributing to this anonymously, as well as guest-dads.
Let's be clear - this is not a "Parenting Life-Hacks" blog - I'm sure that there are many of those out there that show you the best way to swaddle a baby, or a special way to freeze breastmilk that adds an extra week of  freshness.
No, this is a blog about embracing fatherhood, and helping our kids become adults, not adult-sized kids.
No dad-jokes. Not because their lame (which they are), but because there's no need to insult the sense of humor.
